Drumming Circles

PUBLIC EVENTS:

East Coast Full Moon Drumming Circle.

Every 3rd Friday in the month (around the time of the full moon) , we gather together for a drumming circle. We have drums to use but if you wish to join us, do please bring your own as we generally have betwen 15- 20 people. Often we have new attendees so you will not be alone. Everyone is so welcoming.

The evening is magical, creating an invigorating yet calming sense of wellbeing .

Drumming and movement ( or you can remain seated if you wish) is involved. 

The gatherings Include a full moon guided meditation or drumming meditation, oracle cards, a drink and a biscuit during the 1.5hrs we are together. We sit and chat afterwards but it is optional if you wish to stay. So much positive feedback from these events.

This event is open to adults over the age of 18 yrs.

Location: Lound Village Hall, Norfolk, NR32 5LL.

Cost: £8 pp (incl use of drum, drink/biscuits).

PRIVATE/CORPORATE EVENTS: I have held a number of private drum circles in the home/garden etc I am available for private bookings. Please contact me for details.

COMMUNITY EVENTS:
