                               EAST COAST FULL MOON DRUM CIRCLE 

Location: Lound Village Hall, Norfolk, NR32 5LL

Time: 7pm-8:30pm 

Cost: £8 pp (incl of drum, tea/biscuit).

Every 3rd Friday in the month (around the time of the full moon) , we gather together for a drumming circle. We have drums to use but if you wish to join us, do please bring your own as we generally have betwen 15- 20 people.

The evening is magical, creating an invigorating yet calming sense of wellbeing .

Drumming and movement ( or you can remain seated if you wish). 

The gatherings Include a full moon guided meditation, oracle cards, a drink and a biscuit during the 1.5hrs we are together. We sit and chat afterwards but it is optional if you wish to stay. So much positive feedback from these events.

This event is open to adults over the age of 18 yrs.

PRIVATE EVENTS: I have held a number of private drum circles in the home/garden etc am available for private bookings. Please contact me for details.

COMMUNITY EVENTS:

I have held a drumming circle at few community events . Please contact me for details and to discuss.

                               SOUND HEALING & GUIDED MEDITATION (aka SOUND BATHS)

I hold public Sound Healing & Guided Meditation sessions.

Location: Lound Village Hall, Norfolk, NR32 5LL.

Time : 7-8:15pm . Second Friday evening ( monthly)

Cost: £12 pp

Please bring a cushion for your head, a blanket and extra yoga mat for extra comfort. I have a small amount of these should you forget.

In addition to 121 private appointments  , small group sessions at The Healing Space at my home in Norfolk, UK and also Corporate events .

                                                         SISTERHOOD CIRLCES

These are held several times a year. A group of women join together and meet, meditate, drum and I hold a guided meditation in a safe space ,amongst other fun exercises during the gathering . They are a wonderful respite ,just to be yourself.

                                       DRAGON FREQUENCY PRACTITIONER COURSES

I am a trainer in the use of Dragon Frequency tubes.  Once trained , you are given an opportunity to purchase a set of your chosing, on the course and use them for your own healing or for use at Sound baths and 121 sessions.

These 2 day courses take place generally at a weekend and a maximum of 3 people .

I can be flexible with dates - to suit both of our schedules.  I am also available for 121 course which would involve a shorter "course" time . Please contact me for further details.
