Each of my events listed on Facebook will contain a cancellaton/refund Policy.
No refunds are given less than 48 hrs leading up to any event or face to face appointment.
In certain circumstances should you be unable to attend an event/appointment then you may gift your space to someone else, provided that I am informed immediately on doing so.
