I hold monthly public Sound Healing & Guided Meditation sessions at a local venue           (Lound, Norfolk/Suffolk border), in addition to 121 private appointments, small group and couples sessions at The Healing Space at my home in Norfolk, UK and also retreat days, wellbeing and Corporate events .

Everything in the Universe is energy and the human body is no different. We are energetic beings and emit a set of frequencies from our energy centres in our bodies 

( also known as Chakras) and our energy field will vibrate at the relevant frequency, depending on ou health or emotinal state. Our energy fields emit quite some distance from our physical bodies. 

Much of our surroundings and our modern day lifestyle can affect our personal enery/frequency, causing us to feel "off" physically emotionally and spiritually. Eventually, having unbalanced energy system,  can manifest as dis-ease and we can get sick or feel stuck in life.

Sound healing is an ancient healing modality that has its origins within ancient civillisations including Egypt. Our ancient ancestors appeared to have the knowledge of how to use sound frequency and vibration as a means of healing the mind, body and soul.

Sound healing works using instruments such as crystal bowls, chimes,gongs, tuned  frequency tubes and drums . They are played by a  Sound Healer and as those instruments vibrate at different frequencies when played ,  the sound waves created, will match frequencies in your body creating a release of blocked or stagnant energy. 

                                    What sound healing instruments do you use?

During my sessions, I use crystal bowls, Dragon Frequency tubes (TM), koshi chimes, wood chimes, shamanic drum, ocean drum,rainstick and adding to my repetoire as time goes on.

                                                 What are Dragon Frequencies?

I was drawn to these without knowing they mostly resonated at high frequencies, something I am naturally, intuitively drawn to-being Andromedan starseed..

The Creator of The Dragon Frequency tubes ( TM) Emrys Skye, channeled a vast array of information via downloads, with regards to energies from the 4th DImension and higher, whereby he was joined by Dragon frequencies and these mythical beings, from the etheric realms(alternative dimensions, unseen by the human eye). 

As a result, he designed and made a number of Dragon Frequency tube sets and began to use them and soon learned of the theraputic effect of his creation. These sets are in the process of being "scientifically" measured and further developed over time. 

The Dragon frequencies and the resultant tones they bring, have bought powerful and amazing results for all those souls who experince them.  

The effects speak for themselves, as countless people experiencing the miraculous frequencies from these tubes, have reported to me, many benefits including a reduction in pain(and thus their pain medication), a reduction in stress levels, reduced anxiety, and a good number of attendees, experiencing profound inspirational moments, where positive life changes have been made, with positive results to peoples mindsets and quality of life, in turn.

I currently work with 3 different sets of Dragon Frequency tubes.

One set particulary, resonates at 111 hertz -when each tube is struck in unison - which is also known as  the God frequency or Holy frequency. 

Some ancient temples (the oracle chamber in Malta being one) and other sacred places around the world, have been found to resonate at this frequency … and some archaeological studies have concluded that they must have been some kind of healing spaces. 

Around 100 yrs ago, studies were conducted with frequency and mutant cell formation. 111 hertz was found to begin to dissipate cancer cells under a microscope…this has NOT been scientifically proven to date, however, but science is catching up with the power and effects of frequency and vibration.

Dragon energy may be "seen" in the minds eye, "heard" or "felt". Some will just have an overwhelming feeling of serenty and peace. We all have different experiences. As we are all individual and unique, so will your own personal "relationship" with the Dragons be.

                         How can I get hold of a set of Frequnecy Tubes ?

I am a trainer in the use of Dragon Frequency tubes. Once trained, you are given an IPHM certificate  and an opportunity to purchase a set of your chosing, on the course and use them for your own healing or for use at Sound baths and 121 sessions.

These 2 day courses take place generally at a weekend and a maximum of 3 people.

I can be flexible with dates - to suit both of our schedules.  I am also available for 121 course for a shorter duration. Please contact me for further details. Your investment for training is £111 for 1 day ( 121) or small group course is  £222pp for 2 days.

Sessions are held at The Healing Space, Bradwell, Norfolk NR31 8JY.

General Investment: 

121 sound healing ( aka sound bath) £30 ( 60 min session including an oracle card- optional).

Small group sessions: 3 or4 people at £12pp per session. Approx 75 mins 9Includes oracle cards for all - optional).

Couples sessions: £40 fro 60 mins approx.

Monthly sessions at Lound village hall, NR32 5LL. Middle of each month on a Friday evening 7-8:15pm 

£12pp 

Bring head cushion and blanket. I do have a small amount of spares should you forget.
